RETURN + REFUND POLICY

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Due to our garments being made-to-order, returns are accepted on a case by case basis. In order to return/exchange an item, it must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and unworn with original tags/materials still attached. Please contact us within the allotted timeframe via the contact form to inquire about a return.

 

Acceptable returns can be exchanged for another size or your balance can be issued as store credit. Exchanges will be accepted in the event a garment does not fit. NO REFUNDS will be issued for orders for any reason EXCEPT approved cancellations.

 

Please be mindful of posted processing times and disclaimers. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours it is not possible to cancel an order for a refund, however it may be possible to issue store credit for your purchase if production of your order has not yet begun.

Every package is shipped with full insurance coverage, therefore, any lost or damaged parcels can be pursued with the shipping courier directly. Saint Clair Studios is not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your order is received and the garments/items themselves are incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately via the contact form and we will address your concerns.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS 

Custom orders are considered non-returnable as the sizing and style are made specifically for you and likely cannot be resold. If there are any mistakes made on our end of course we will rectify it free of charge, including but not limited to remaking the item. Cancellation policy also applies to custom orders.
